How often should a commercial kitchen be deep cleaned?
The recommendation for cleaning is based on the number of operational hours:

12-16 hours a day |
Cleaning required every 3 months |
Medium Use |
6-12 hours a day |
Cleaning required every 6 months |
Light Use |
2-6 hours a day |
Cleaning required every 12 months |
Will I receive a certificate to prove the kitchen has been deep-cleaned?
You will receive an invoice as proof of cleaning, and a certificate of cleanliness, as well as a maintenance sticker to display on the unit with a reminder of when the next clean is due.
