Office Clerk
Location: Lansdown Industrial Estate, Cheltenham GL51 8PL
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview:
As our Office Clerk, you will play a key role in keeping the daily operations of the business running smoothly.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, support our team on the road, and ensure our admin processes are efficient and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner
Manage administrative tasks including filing, email correspondence, and maintaining records
Communicate with our team to coordinate job scheduling and updates
Prepare and send estimates to clients
Create job sheets for the operations team
Generate and send invoices accurately and on time
Support general office tasks and ensure efficient day-to-day running of the office
Requirements:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
Good attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar office/admin role is desirable but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Business Development Executive

In addition to our professional cleaning services, we also operate a local shop supplying a full range of cleaning products to both the public and trade.
Role Overview:
This role is based at our shop and is focused on driving growth by bringing in new customers and building long-term client relationships.
We’re looking for a motivated and confident individual to take on Business Development responsibilities for the business.
You’ll be responsible for finding and securing new clients, providing quotes and maintaining regular account management.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, organised, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping the business grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and approach new domestic and commercial customers
Visit potential clients to understand their needs and provide accurate quotes or invite them in to see the products and meet the team
Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term customers
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction
Upsell additional services and maintain strong client relationships
Support in promoting the company’s products and services from the shop
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, friendly, and professional approach
Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence
Basic computer skills
