Who do you call when a client has an immediate and pressing problem with the local Environmental Health office? Gooch Group of course! Not only did they pull a team of highly experienced 'deep clean' operatives together at a moment's notice but they also spoke directly to the Council officer concerned and reassured him that the problem was in hand!

Colin is passionate about creating cleanliness out of the most disgusting premises (as seen on TV - Spring 2005); and he also maintains clean properties to the high standard one would expect. In addition, his huge experience with, and love of, old properties will ensure that there is no damage from the cleaning process to the gfabric of the building. And, as a bonus, he sells a great selection of professional cleaning products at very good prices: just try his glass cleaner and you'll see what I mean. 

Having spilt red wine over our carpet and chair and sofa, I turned to Colin Gooch of Gooch Group Ltd and I'm so glad I did.  

Colin came within 24 hours of the spillage, did his magic with a specialist chemical and the stain has completely disappeared. 

He also helped me out on a paint spillage and the carpet looked brand new afterwards. 

His service was reliable, courteous and very reasonable in cost. 

He has also helped out several customers of mine and they have been so impressed with his knowledge of the right cleaning solution for the problem at hand.

Gooch Group reacted immediatly with a last minute clean on a new build property. They grasped the scope, worked to late hours and remained on budget to get the job done. Both Maggie and Colin are excellent people, pationate about their business and just jolly good guys. Thank you.

Thank you for delivering 2 vans full of items to us. The blankets will be very useful for the dogs in our care, whilst the clothes and bric-a-brac will be sold in our Charity Shop to help raise much needed funds. 

 

Cheltenham Animal Shelter looks after in excess of 1,000 animals a year, without Government funding, relying on the generosity of individuals, businesses and our fundraisers to provide the necessary finace to ensure the Shelter's survival. 

 

We are currently caring for 57 dogs, 26 cats, 10 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs; therefore you can be assured this donation will be put to good use.

We hadn't used Gooch Group before but we're highly inpressed with them. We called the number asking for a quote, got passed straight through to the person who could help me with it - within a couple of hours the quote was done and I had received it. I know it's not going to be that quick for everyone but I guess I rang in perfect timing. I accepted the quote and the work took place a couple of days later - the work done was perfect, I couldn't fault anything about Gooch Group at all. I would like to say how impressed I was when I had a visit from James and Danielle, they outlined the products very proffessionally. The order I purchased arrived promptly with a smile and although I haven'y yet had a reason to place a second order I will not hesitate to continue to order from this very helpfull friendly company.
